He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Thomas Howell (Nick) and Lois Ann Howell (Leblanc); his grandparents, Julia Elizabeth, Leander Leblanc, Beatrice and Thomas Howell; and his sister Retter Howell.
He is survived by: his siblings, Nicky Howell (Patsy), Lyndon Howell (Debbie), Cory Howell, Sheila Howell, Lois Maclennan (Jesse) and Wanda Lee Fraser (Chris); and his brother-in-law Jesse. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the TBD Sydney Mines Fire Hall (8 Elliot St, Sydney Mines, NS B1V3G1).
