He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Vincent MacDonald and Rita Mae MacDonald (MacLean); his son Stephen Whitty; and his siblings, Marlene, Carolyn, Ronnie, John, Eric, Clarence and Brian.
He is survived by: his children, Marie Campbell, Lisa Wylde (David), Ashley Whitty and Stacey Whitty; and his siblings, Vangie, Laura and Robert. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
