He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Gussy" Tremblett and Beatrice (Forrest). He is survived by: his uncle Benny; his siblings, Skye Donna Forrest (Emanuel) of Toronto, Ontario, Kimberly Whitty of Sydney Mines, Corey Whitty of Sydney Mines, Nathan Mitchelitis of Sydney Mines, Desiree Mitchelitis of Sydney Mines and Clarissa Mitchelitis of Sydney Mines; Marcella Jean Forrest. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
