She was predeceased by: her parents, Roderick Gillis and Veronica Gillis (Blinkhorn); her husband Mick MacGillivray; her former husband Gordon Milley; her parents-in-law, Bernard, Theresa MacGillivray, Chesley and Gladys Milley; and her brothers, William Gillis Sr., Lawrence Gillis and Bobby-Joe Gillis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Milley, Bernice Fortune (Stephen) and Beverly Buckland (Chris); her grandchildren, Brandon, Aaron Fry, Matthew, Meaghan Fortune, Abigael and Rebecca Buckland; her great grandchild Dominick Chisholm; and her siblings, Roddie, Bernie Gillis, Aldric LeBlanc and Belinda Gillis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Church.
