She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack Donovan and Mabel Donovan; her husband David Wayne; and her siblings, Lloyd Donovan (Violet), Michael Donovan (Mazie) and Jean Donovan.

She is survived by : her sons, Angus Wayne (Connie) of Juniper Mountain, N. S. and David Bruce (Belinda) of Bedford, N. S.; her grandchildren, Angus Ryan (Carolyn) and Amber Camilla; and her brother Vince Donovan (Judy) of Sydney River, N. S..

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
