She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dan and Mary McNeil (Johnston); her husband Tony Orychock; her siblings, Maria Gallivan, Margie Raoul, Michael MacNeil, Joseph'Dewey'MacNeil and Lloyd MacNeil; and her daughter-in-law Glenda Orychock.
She is survived by: her sons, Tony (Dale), Donald (Susan), Paul (Rita), Lorne (Jennifer) and Michael (Amber); her grandchildren, Scott (Jennifer), Lisa (Jamie), Craig (Susanne), Tonya (Chris), Catherine (Scott), Paul (Holly), Andrew (Michelle), Kassia (Anthony), Alexander (Amy), Michael (Lisa) and Matthew; her stepgrandchildren, Blaire and Bradley; her great grandchildren, Tyler (Cassandra), Kailey (Jesse), Allie (Logan), Lucas, Kyle, Eric, Hanna, Sidney, Cayden, Logan, Bennett and Oliver; her great great grandchildren, Ethan and Raiden; and her sister-in-law Wisia MacNeil.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Catherine's memory may be made to Hospice Palliative Care Society of Cape Breton County.
