He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie John and Cecile Chiasson; his wife Sheila; his son Michael; and his siblings, Linda Marie and Fred (late Judy).

He is survived by: his sons, Bill (Darlene), Sydney and Charley; his grandchildren, Samantha (Ryan), Zachary (Jenna) and Erin (Terry); his great grandchildren, Luci and Jake; his siblings, Tommy (Brenda), Elaine (Leonard) and Charlotte-Anne (Bruno); and his nieces, Joanne and Marlene. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.
