He was predeceased by : his parents, George Clarke and Bette Clarke (Leaver); and his brother-in-law Buddy. He is survived by : his significant other Connie Piercy; his sons, Jason (Cara), Jeff (Mayo) and Blair (Tess); the mother of his children Norma; his daughter Terri (Joseph); his sisters, Shirley (Wayne), Charlotte, Kim (Wayne) and Tammy (Shawn); his grandchildren, James, Maria and Anna; his great grandchildren, Ritchie and Cyril (Jenna); and also, Jillian and Jesse.

Donations in memory of Clarence may be made to the Canadian Diabetic Association.
