It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David L. Burton (Sydney, Nova Scotia), who passed away on December 3, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabel Burton and Daniel Burton; his brother Edward; and his parents-in-law, Annie Poirier, Clyde and William (Lillian).

He is survived by: his wife Beverley Burton (Poirier); his daughters, Kendra and Kerrianne (Morgan); his grandchildren, Jordan (Crystal), Vanessa (Sam) and Brittany (Breton); his great grandchildren, Cohen and Nate; his siblings, Ralph (Patsy) and Betty; his parents-in-law, Yvonne and Robert (Pansy); and his friend David Seymour. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Dave may be sent to The Salvation Army Missionary Fund.
