We are sad to announce that, on January 13, 2020, at the age of 78, David Marchand (Sydney, Nova Scotia), born in Louisdale, Nova Scotia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Marchand to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Willie" and Obeline "Beline" Marchand (Sampson); his brother Francis; and his siblings-in-law, Roberta Bagnall, Patricia McKinnon and Philip Rossetti.

He is survived by: his significant other Flora (Rossetti); his sons, Robert (Amy) of Eastern Passage and Glen (Patricia) of Eastern Passage; his grandchildren, Boyd, Mikaela and Jasmine; his sister Zelia Marchand; and his siblings-in-law, Nicki Walker (Bob) and Peter Rossetti (Cedie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hospice Palliative Care Society of Cape Breton County.
