It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Joseph Hartigan (Sydney, Nova Scotia), who passed away on November 4, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence 'Lar' and Margaret 'Peg' Hartigan; his brothers, Anthony, John C. (Judy), Allan F. (Helen) and Lawrence (Karen); and his sister-in-law Emily.
He is survived by: his sons, Dennis (Diane) and Darryl (Krystina); his grandchildren, Destiny, Lawrence, Kelly and Ricky; his great grandchild Lilah; his stepbrother Martin 'Boots' Osborne; his brother Carl; his nephew Jonathan; and his sisters, Linda, Colleen and Sally. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Dennis can be made to the palliative care room at Waterford Heights at the New Waterford Hospital.
