It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Phillip Farrell of Sydney, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 27, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Michael and Bertha Mary Farrell (MacIsaac); and his siblings, Marie Berard, Patricia and Tommy.
He is survived by: his close friend Louise Lever; his sons, Timothy Farrell and Avery Morellato; and his siblings, David (Helena), Charlie (Karen), Donnie, Michael, Marilyn Gillespie (Fred), Joann, Debbie Stockley (Wayne), Catherine Mortensen, Linda Digou (Lawrence), Sheila Digou (Alex) and Pearl Santekuces (Boris).
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life for Edward Farrell will be held at Pier Community Funeral Home, 1092 Victoria Rd. (entrance on Church St.), Whitney Pier on Monday, February 1, 2021 at 6 p. m. with all Covid-19 protocols in place.
Donations in memory of Eddie may be made to a charity of one's choice.
