She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bishop and Eva Bishop; her siblings, Wayne Bishop and Anna Desmond; her brothers-in-law, Joe Estwick and Dale Desmond; and her close friend Connie Yakemchuck.
She is survived by: her son Daniel Bishop (Amanda); her grandchildren, Tyson, Aubree and Tristen Bishop of Fort McMurray; and her siblings, Susan Estwick, Karl Bishop (Donna), Lisa Chordis (John) of Sydney, Betty MacLean (Shaun) of Edmonton and Lois Bishop of Toronto. She is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
Donations in memory of Rose may be made to a charity of one's choice.
