With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence Avice Keel-Burton (Sydney, Nova Scotia), who passed away on November 10, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Margaret (Ritchie) and Eldred Hefford; her former husband Chester Keel; her husband Rev. Ted Burton; her son David; and her siblings, James, Gordan, Gladys, Lonie, Annie, Johnny, Selby, Jean, Joy and George.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry (Bev), Ronnie (Betty), Bobby (Doddy) and Howard (Shelley); her grandchildren, Amanda (Evan), Robert (Melissa), Chris (Amy Lee), Brandon (Cheryl), Joshua, Nicholas (Dominique), Erica (Jeremy) and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, Molly, Ellie, Hadley Taylor, Matthew and Zelda. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Florence, can be made to The Salvation Army, Alzheimer Society or a charity of your choice.
