It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Nicholas Curtis (Sydney, Nova Scotia), born in Musquodoboit Harbour, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 18, 2020, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Broomhead and Panagiotis Kourtis; and his siblings, Lydia Graves, Helen Basset, Elizabeth Day and Peter Curtis.

He is survived by: his son Bernie Prospect Bay (Lynette); his grandchildren, Leslie (Derek), Brandy (Kevin) and Chris (Cliff); his great grandchildren, Mason, Sydney, Adrian and Casey; his niece Margie Rogers (Gerald); and his great-niece Donna. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
