He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Lucas and Miriam Lucas (Weeks); his siblings, Olga Skeete (Lucas), Ismay Innis, Ruth Lucas, Naomi Austin, Alonzo Crawford, William'Bill'Lucas and Ethelston'Luke'Lucas; and his mother-in-law Johanna Winton.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Van (Van der Horst); his daughters, Shannon Gillis (Jamie) and Rachel Lucas; his sister Elease Smuk; his siblings-in-law, Mary LaRusic, Jan Van, Horst, Herbert Winton, Robert Winton, Johannes Winton and Jason Ramsay; and his cousin Teresa Elcock. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
