She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bernard Parago and Bridget Parago; her foster mother Lois Schemm; her children, Jeffery Rochan, Crystal MacKenzie and Michael MacKenzie; her friend Christina Stockley; her siblings, Bernadette, Dave, Joe, Mildred, Stacia and Vince; and also, Dennis (Marg), Elaine (Maynard), Fred (Sheila), Gordon (Margaret), Jimmy (Sharon), Lillian (Bob), Murray, Patricia, Patrick (Marie), Richard (Anita) and Valerie. She was also cherished by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pulmonary Clinic, NSHA.
