Though Jason may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jason touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Augustus Curran; and his sister Cindy Steele. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Florence Evans (Kenny); his girlfriend Karen Googoo; his siblings, Mitchell "Boo" (Ashley), Tommy and Dale; and his brother-in-law John Steele. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sydney Memorial Chapel (49 Welton St, Sydney, NS B1P5R3).
