Judy Anne MacAskill Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Anne MacAskill (Sydney, Nova Scotia), who passed away on January 22, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Cyril Gushue and Margaret Gushue (McPhee). She is survived by : her husband Robert "Dick"; her sons, John, Mark Cameron and Sydney; her stepdaughters, Shauna MacAskill (Mike Marsh), Sydney and Erin MacAskill; her brother Paddy Gushue (Tania); her grandson Evan; her stepgrandchildren, Logan, Lauren and Jenna; her stepgreat-granddaughter Ava; her nephew Matthew; her friend Kamren Lelievre; her cousin Ann Pitchuk; her close friend Julie Bennett; her friend Lucina Burke; and her siblings-in-law, Anne, Liz (Ross) and Dan. She is also survived by cousins, aunts and uncles.

Memorials may be made to the An Cala Palliative Care Unit at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital.
