He is survived by : his girlfriend Faye Musgrave (Boudreau); his mother Diane Anderson (Mathison); his stepchildren, Chelsea Musgrave and Brandon Musgrave; his children, Chris Kosty, Courtney Kosty, Andrew Kosty, David Kosty, Laurie Campbell, Tamara Roy and Dianna Kosty; and his siblings, Karna Kosty, Jennifer Kosty, Tyler Arden and Norman Kosty. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
