He was predeceased by: his father Joe Ratchford; and his brother Blake Ratchford. He is survived by: his mother Eleanor Ratchford (Nora); his wife Marlene; his siblings, Susan Ratchford (Fabian) and Sheldon Ratchford (Nadine); his sister-in-law Carol Ratchford (Blake); his nephews, Matt Ratchford (Allison), Steven Ratchford (Brittney), Nathan and Josh Ratchford; and his friends, Gary Miller (Brenda), Bill Crummy (Liz) and David Poirier. He is also survived by his many cousins, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the All Faith Chapel (1092 Victoria Rd, Sydney, NS B1N1L1). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
