He was predeceased by: his parents, Giacondo Baggio and Denise Baggio (Vansfield); his former wife Maria; his daughter Deborah Spencer; his siblings, Sylvia Frigo and Romano Baggio; and his stepdaughter Marlene Tartsch.

He is survived by: his wife Darlene Baggio (Melnick); his children, Leo Baggio (Kimberlee) and Paula McNeil (Bradley); his stepchildren, Tania Nicholas (Will) and Chris Walker (Tonya); his grandchildren, Terri Lynn DeLorenzo, James, Katelyn, Jake, Georgia, Amanda, Nicholas, Adam, Brandon, Ren, Jayden and Allie; and his great grandchildren, Maria, Anna, Aria and Austin.
