She is also survived by numerous great-nieces and nephews, cousins, neighbours and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Redeemer Church (1135 Victoria Rd, Sydney, NS B1N1L3).
In lieu of flowers, we ask that memorial donations in Madonna's name be made to the Holy Redeemer Building Fund, Hospice Palliative Care Society of Cape Breton County, a local food bank or a charity of one's choice.
