She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mick Campbell and Josephine Campbell (Robinson) of South Bar; her siblings, Jimmy, Joan, Mickey, Ronnie, Cora, Patsy, Bobby, Helen, Joey and Terry; her spouse Bernie Hawco; her children, Bob and Pam; her son-in-law Philip Mouland (Pam); her granddaughters, Amy and Rebecca (Cruise Slater); her nieces, Audrey, Francie and Vanessa; her cousin Melba; and her caregivers, Brett Gillis, Dr. Andrew Giorno, Dr. Anne Francis D'Intino and Dr. Gordon Yeung.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Church of Christ the King (19 Trinity Ave, Sydney, NS B1P7G4).
Memorials may be made to the Hospice Palliative Care Society of Cape Breton County.
