She was predeceased by: her husband Bazil; her father Jack Menzies; her stepmother Wilma Menzies; her grandparents, James and Mary Menzies; and her siblings, Ken Fraser and Pat Muise.
She is survived by: her children, Ted, Laurie Bagnell (Weldon) and Amy MacDougall (Kenny); her grandchildren, Amy Bagnell, Adam Bagnell and Noah Fraser; her great grandchild Delilah Bagnell; her sisters, Margie Walsh (Doug), Wilma Menzies (Hal Higgins), Valerie Fouts and Jackie O'Brien (Gary); her niece Lindsay MacDonald (Ian); her nephew John Walsh (Leane); and her great-nephew Clark.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the United Heritage Church (500 Charlotte St, Sydney, NS B1P5R3).
