It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicholas Horechuk of Sydney, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 28, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nicholas Horechuk to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Horechuk and Mary Horechuk (Tetanish); his brother Frederick; and his daughter-in-law Thelma. He is survived by: his wife Stella Horechuk (Mulak); his siblings, John (Jean) and Anne; his sister-in-law Barbara; his children, Christine MacNeil (Bruce), Michael (Piney), Stephen and Marie; his grandchildren, Marly Somers (Chris), Marika, Nicole, Thomas, Jacob Burt, Bailey Burt and Nicholas Burt; and his great grandchild Tate Somers. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Donations in memory of Nick may be made to a charity of one's choice.
