It is with sadness that the passing of Peggy Lundrigan (Sydney, Nova Scotia) is shared. Peggy, born on June 28, 1952, passed away on July 13, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elliot MacKay and Margaret MacKay; her parents-in-law, John and Tena Lundrigan; her siblings-in-law, Margie and Mike Bates; and her stepgrandson Avery Dunne.

She is survived by: her husband George; her children, John (Angie), Jennifer (Shain) and Danny (Michelle); her grandchildren, Wyatt, Drew, Jackson and Mya; and her stepgranddaughter Jenna Dunne. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Arthritis Society of Canada.

“George and Family: so, sorry to hear of Peggy’s passing, I grew up on Kitchener St. And my Mom and Dad Mildred and Bill Macleod were great friends of Peggy’s parent’s. As I was was fourteen years. older I would baby sit her and her brothers Bob and Danny. I left Sydney in 1958 but on visits back I would see Peg and she did visit our home in Ontario many years ago I always remember her mischievous smile. George May your fond memories of her help you through this difficult time. Rest in peace Peg”
