He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavinia Postlethwaite (Hagell) and William Postlethwaite; and his siblings, Joan Wall and Darryl Postlethwaite. He is survived by: his wife Mary Theresa Myers (Gale); his children, Rob of Moncton, Christa Davis of Moncton, Madaelyn MacPhee of Moncton, Rochelle Johnston (Andrew) of Moncton, Glenn of Moncton, Suzanne (Jean-Rene Losier) of Moncton and Kenny (Emily MacDonald); his grandson Simon Johnston; his sister Cathy Postlethwaite; and his pets, Bandi and Benny.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Resurrection Cemetery (49 Welton St, Sydney, NS B1P5R3).
Donations in his memory may be made to the Cape Breton SPCA or a charity of choice.
