In loving memory of Rose Pentecost (Sydney, Nova Scotia), born in East Bay, Nova Scotia, who departed this world on December 9, 2025 at the age of 89. Rose leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dorogi and Mary Dorogi; her husband William "Bill"; her sons, Robert, William "Booboo" and Joseph; and her brothers, Joey, David and Frank.
She is survived by: her children, Margie Pentecost, Mira, Betty Campbell (Billy), Sydney, Donna Murphy (Darren), Annie Pentecost, Brian, Westmount and Kevin (Jennifer). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (40 Rosary Dr, Sydney, NS B1R1M5).
Memorials may be made to Pediatrics at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital.
