He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Nick; his parents, Ernest MacDonald and Lillian MacDonald (LeRoy); his wife Colleen (O'Reilly); his children, Terry (Danielle), Shauna Simmons (Trevor) of Halifax and Nicole Pettipas (Gordie) of Halifax; his grandchildren, Sheila, Clara, Monica, Nicholas and Sage; his siblings, Ernestine, Winnipeg, Yvonne (Ron), Bobbie (Byron), Dee-Dee (Bob), Patricia (Greg), Blaine and Ronnie; his siblings-in-law, Suzanne, Kathy (Barkley), Ned of Lower Sackville, Dan (Dorothy) of Lower Sackville and Kevin (Karen) of Lower Sackville; his parents-in-law, Edmund and Bridget O'Reilly; his brothers, Ernie and Glenn; and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl MacDonald, Sheila and Michael Lukeman. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
