Victor Joseph Erickson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor Joseph Erickson (Sydney, Nova Scotia), who passed away on March 7, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Rudy Erickson; his siblings, Gwen Richer, Sandra, Terry and Gary; his siblings-in-law, Lewis Romeo, Cliff Hall, Terry McIntyre, Jackie McIntyre, Ina MacIntyre and Jean Erickson; and his parents-in-law, John McIntyre and Hilda McIntyre.

He is survived by: his parent Mary Erickson; his wife Phyllis Erickson (McIntyre); his children, Corinne Umlah (Glenn), Halifax, Darlene Yhard (Barry), Kim Patterson (Phil), Dartmouth, Shaun (Sandra), Justice, Michelle MacIntyre (Francis) and Shirley; and his siblings, Jimmy, Marilyn Gadd (Bill), Bobby (Lillian) of Sydney, Stanley and Linda Chandler (Murray) of Ontario. He is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; as well as many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Victor may be made to Parkinson Society – Maritime Region or charity of one's choice.
