He was predeceased by: his parents, William'Billy' Norman and Madeline Norman (Gushue); his wife Rose; his grandchildren, Greg and Kathleen; and his siblings, Louise MacDonald (Ralph) and David Norman (Irene).
He is survived by: his children, Todd (Brenda), Lorne (Catherine) and Lee (Doreen); his grandchildren, Samantha, Miranda, Daniel, Andrew and Katelyn; his great grandchildren, Carlyn, Nolan and Archer; and his sister Madeline Tomie (Fred).
