William Henry Sanson Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of William Henry Sanson of Sydney, Nova Scotia is shared. William passed away on September 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his fathers, Herbert (Gloria Sanson) and Bill; and his sister Katheryn Thomson. He is survived by: his sons, William Vincent Sanson and Ivan Murdo Sanson; his siblings, Elaine Sanson, Sheila Phillipo, Margaret Hanley, Herbert (Cindy), Shawn (Sandra) and Glen; his grandchildren, Rowan and Rory; and his brother-in-law Jeff Thomson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Westside Legion.
