He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn Carruthers; his son Anthony (Judith); his grandsons, Max (Kayleigh), Sam (McKinley) and Lucas (Christena); his children, Thane (Tanya) and Trisha (Michael); his grandson Dax; his stepgrandchildren, Samara, Robbie, Liam and Makenzie; his great grandchild Michel; his brother James (Joanne); and his siblings-in-law, Gwen (Curtis) and Evan (Pierrette). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
