He was predeceased by: his mother Judy MacDonald. He is survived by: his father Alvin MacDonald; his wife Cheryl (Recker); his stepdaughter Melissa (Sean Tanner); his son Cody; and his siblings, Kimberly (Cory Lake) and Gregory (Terri). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
