She was predeceased by : her parents, Trenaman Slaunwhite and Theresa Slaunwhite; her husband Aaron; her children, William and Marion; and her brothers, William, Basil, Cecil, Clyde and Earle.

She is survived by : her children, Arnold, Joseph (Joanna), Jim (Shelly), Doreen (Wayne), Emily, Alvina (Barry) and Holly (Frank). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Kidney Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
