He was predeceased by : his parents, Edith Wallace and Norman MacIntosh; and his sisters, Marilyn Fisher and Norma MacIntosh. He is survived by : his siblings, Ruthie Kelm, Linda Wheatley, Donna MacIntosh, Christine Crowe and John MacIntosh; his extended family Corrina Joyce; and also, Samantha and John Sewell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
