Leo Joseph Keats Guyette Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leo Joseph Keats Guyette of Timberlea, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 11, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred "Alcide" Thomas and Lillian Gertrude Guyette (Palmer); his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" (Pottie); his siblings, Elizabeth, Richard and Edward; his great grandchild Atlas; his son-in-law Sherman; and his in-laws, Judy (MacDonald), Ozzy Smith, Vivien Kruszewski (Pottie), Aline Pottie (Cormier) and Huguette Pottie (LaCoste).
He is survived by: his children, Kim (Doug), Leo (Wendy), Claire (Peter), Michael (Catherine), Rosemary (Dick), Dawn (David) and Trish (Jack); and his in-laws, Lloyd, Suzanne Pottie, Ross Pottie, Louis Kruszewski and Ann Brown. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 19 (+1 soon-to-be) great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bernard Catholic Church (251 NS-2, Enfield, NS B2T1C9).
Memorial donations may be made to Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Chalice Canada, or a charity of choice.
