She was predeceased by: her parents, George William Reid of Black Point and Marjorie Alida Reid (Atwood) of Westville; her son Gregory Allen; and her siblings, Geordo and Jessie.

She is survived by: her husband Stanley Wayne Chisholm; her children, Jeffrey Chisholm (Melody Beck), Ian and Janice Chisholm (Kirk MacQuarrie (Halifax)); her sister Judy Matechuk (Whitehorse); Jake, Samuel, Kael MacQuarrie and Justin Drake. She is also survived by her extended family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Little Harbour Community Center or Fire Department or Presbyterian Church; or the Pictou County Palliative Care Society (https://www.pcpcares.org).
