She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Hambleton and Dorothy Hambleton (Matthews); her stepmother Margaret Hambleton (MacPherson); her husband Elmer McMullen; her son Gary McMullen; her siblings, E. Stella MacKenzie Irving, A. Leslie Hambleton, John Hambleton, Dorothy M. Hambleton, Douglas Hambleton, Jean Abbass and Harold Hambleton; and her great grandchild Abigail Walsh.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Walsh (Raymond), Barbara McMullen and Natalie Allain (Alonzo); her sister Shirley Howes; her daughter-in-law Lesley McMullen; her grandchildren, Darcy Walsh, Andrew Walsh (Ashley), Tasha House (Adam), Heather Haines (Mike), John McMullen, Megan LeCreux (Robert) and Jason Allain; and her great grandchildren, Riley Walsh, Madison Read (Eli), Olivia Walsh, Cassidy Walsh, Dakota Walsh, Lauren Erdeg, Rachael Haines, Jacob Haines and Isabelle Haines. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM at the R. H. Porter Funeral Home (55 Almont Ave, New Glasgow, NS B2H3G5). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
