He was predeceased by: his parent Chalmers Withrow; his siblings, Alberta Adams of Helen Gillis and George; and his siblings' children, Russell Withrow and Sharon Gillis.
He is survived by: his parent Mary Withrow (Stewart); and his siblings, Anne Withrow, Sarnia, Grace Vokey (Eric), Georgetown and Donald Angus Gillis of Noel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
