She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Courtney and Nelly Courtney (Voutier); her brothers, Jimmy, Donald, Raymond (Mary) and Gordon; her husband Malcolm (Mac); her brothers, Allan (Connie), Archie (Flo), Alec (Blanche) and Silas (Violet); her grandsons, Benjamin and Chris; and her stepgrandson Isaiah Radtke.
She is survived by: her children, Gayle Pantelakis (Ted), Gordon (Denise), Fred (Goldie), Glenn (Tamara) and Danny (Shalene); her grandchildren, Ty, Nick, Laura, Rod, Nic, Matt, Daniel, Zachary, Cameron and Kaden; and her brothers, Buddy (Alice) and Doug (Joyce). She is also survived by her many great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Varner Funeral Home (55 Young St, Truro, NS B2N3W6). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. James Presbyterian Church (725 Prince St, Truro, NS B2N1G7).
