With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl Robert Fraser (Truro, Nova Scotia), who passed away on September 7, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent William Fraser. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Fraser (Tucker); and his brothers, Raymond of Londonderry, Thomas "Russell" of Ontario and Willis of Bible Hill.
