He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Stevens and Eleanor Stevens (Boomer); his wife Alice (Stuart); his son Alvin Stevens; and his siblings, Pearl, Mary, Edith, Erma, Hazel, Ralph, Burpee and Duane.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Blair, Brian Stevens, Hilden and Sylvia Robicheau (Gilman); his granddaughters, Samantha Stevens, Erika Stevens and Kristen Blair; and his sisters, Ethel Fell and Lena Fell.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Cecil's memory to Canadian Cancer Society are welcomed.
