She is survived by: her son Charles (Linda); her grandson Matthew; her son Rod (Danielle); her grandchildren, Connor, Chloe and Rylie; her daughter Martha; her grandson James (Leah); her great grandchildren, Samantha (Ben) and Mac; her stepchildren, Sarah and Jeff (Ulrike); her stepgrandson Samuel; her stepdaughter Emma; and her brother Dr. Norman Layton (Mary).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Marigold Cultural Centre (Cobequid Arts Council Endowment Fund), or the First United Church Restoration Fund, causes dear to Charlotte's heart.
