He is survived by: his wife Marsha (Kaulback); his son Mike Johnston (Angela); his grandchildren, Sarah Johnston, Samuel Johnston and Matthew Johnston; his sisters, Elizabeth McCabe (Gordon) and Carolyn Moore (Paul); and his sister-in-law Sandra Johnston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
