He was predeceased by: his father Sedley; and his cousins, Wayne and Curtis. He is survived by: his mother Bessie MacKay of Hilden; his siblings, Cynthia of Edmonton, Alberta, Sedley "Tim" (Norma), Donna (Kim), Penny of Truro and Linda (Ray); and his siblings' children, Sarah, Jonathan, Jennifer, Ronnie and Daniel. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, great-nieces and nephews and many friends.
It is fitting that he happily agreed that any donations in his memory should be made to the Cobequid Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre in Hilden.
