We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2018, at the age of 88, Delbert C. Carter (Truro, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian; and his siblings, Olive, Jean, Basil and Stuart.

He is survived by: his parents, Walter Carter and Ivy Carter; his daughters, Pat (David Taylor) and Nancy (David Haner); his brother Elmer of Oxford; his sister-in-law Elizabeth Harroun; his grandchildren, Barry Haner (Nikki), Jennifer Wright (Dana), Dwayne Taylor (Christin) and Heidi Bird (Lee); and his great grandchildren, Hayley, Carter Haner, Myah, Alyssa Wright, Noelle, Nathan Taylor, Abigail and Emily Bird. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
