She was predeceased by: her mother Bella Murdock (Marshall); and her siblings, Helen Murdock, Laurie Murdock, James Murdock (Marion) and Marion MacNutt (Harry).
She is survived by: her husband James William "Billy" Hirtle; her children, Kelly Lynds (Wayne), Lana Hirtle (Douglas Churchill), Kenda MacCallum (Greg), Valley and Peter Hirtle (Tanya); her grandchildren, Andrew Lynds, Benjamin Lynds, Matthew MacCallum (Dayna), Connor MacCallum, Valley, Emma Churchill, Rachel Hirtle, Alberta and Cameron Hirtle; her stepgrandson Matthew Churchill; her siblings, Shirley Morin, Darrell Murdock (Gloria) and Robert Murdock (Carol); and also Lisa Weatherbee.
Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, a graveside service will be held at a later date in Earltown Village Cemetery.
If so desired, donations to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada or Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia are welcomed.
