It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eleanor Y. (McLellan) Wilson (Truro, Nova Scotia), who passed away on November 19, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellsworth McLellan and Florence McLellan (Rideout); her aunt Eleanor; her uncle Russell Groves; and her siblings-in-law, Laureen Jenkins, Lorraine Wilson, Marion Marsh, Ron Wilson, Steve Marsh and Alistair.
She is survived by: her husband David Wilson; her sisters, Wendy McLellan and Kathy (John Scott); her siblings-in-law, Ruth Smith and Ken Wilson (Norma); her aunt Bernice Rideout; her cousin Pam Groves Carter; her daughters, Sarah (Jamie Thornham), Erin (Dwayne Fanning) and Katie (Cameron Morrison); and her grandchildren, Abby, Jay, Madelyn (Thomas), Lauryn, Piper and Lauchie.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Truro Golf Club (86 Golf St, Truro, NS B2N5C7).
